Language and Version Priority. These Terms may be provided in various languages. In the event of any discrepancies or conflicts between language versions, the English version shall prevail and be considered final and binding.

The proprietary AimLive typology, including all methodology, type system, assessment algorithms, and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of AimLive.AI and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
